Thespy Competition
Compete to qualify for the International Thespy Awards! Students can enter up to two categories. See more info here

Improv Competition
Each school brings one team of six total members for qualifying competition on Thursday night. Fifteen teams will be selected to move forward to semi-finals later on during the festival. Improv Info Here
Open to students submitting Thespys or interested in performing or presenting tech portfolios. College admission personal attend live and observe callbacks and auditions. Register Here
Backstage Challenge (Tech)
Teams are limited to six team members. Each team must participate in ALL events. Your team picks who does each event from your team of six. Rubrics for each event included in Tech Challenge Packet.
Open to inducted Nebraska Thespians pursuing performing or communicative arts.
Festival Fees
Cost to attend: $315 plus $15 for Thespy
What’s Included:
✔ Two nights at the Hilton Omaha (shared room with three roommates)

✔ Full access to all workshops, shows, and festival events

Important:
A Mandatory Health & Consent Form must be completed and submitted with your registration. You’ll find the link directly in the registration form.
A $25 deposit plus Thespy payment is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance of $290 will be added to the Student's MySchool Bucks Account.

Hotel and Transportation
Hotel: Hilton Omaha – 1001 Cass St, Omaha, NE 68102
All students will stay at the Hilton in rooms of four, with Westside’s troupe placed together on the same floor. Chaperones will be onsite with regular check-ins to ensure participation and safety.

Room Assignments: Students may request three roommates during registration—coordinate with your friends ahead of time!

Hotel Pricing: Room rate is based on four-person occupancy. Fewer roommates may increase overall festival costs.
